Assistant Lending Manager
Position Description:
As an assistant lending manager your role will require you to help manage the existing loans as well as analysing new ones alongside a senior lending manager.
You will be across much of the loan process with a view that this position would allow you to develop your skills to become a Lending Manager in the future.
Responsibilities include:
- Initial assessment of applications and reporting to lending manager.
- Ensure that loans are appropriately monitored/managed including site checking,
attending PCGs, assessing progress claims and reporting back to the lending
manager. - Working alongside Lending Managers to ensure that loans are fully repaid at
maturity. - Assisting lending manager to prepare regular reporting of various aspects of
existing loan books. - Attending industry events as required.
