OUR CHARITY SUPPORT

Keystone Trust

Helping bright young people build a better future

As a premium scholarship partner Vincent Capital is helping Keystone Trust in shaping the future generation of property and construction leaders, one scholarship at a time.
For 30 years, Keystone Trust has assisted more than 220 students who were facing financial or life challenges into the property and construction sectors, awarding some $2million in scholarship funding. In addition, the trust provides wrap-around support in terms of pastoral care, site visits, career support, mentoring, networking opportunities, introductions to sponsors, work experience and internships. Keystone Trust and its family of sponsors create shared value for each other, for the property, construction and infrastructure ecosystem by lifting the capability and capacity of our future leaders.

Each year Keystone Trust receive applications from many more deserving students than they can currently fund. For the 2025 intake, there were 71 applications and only 13 Study Awards, 427 applications for 21 Key Partner Scholarships, and 10 applications for the Key Partner School Leaver Scholarship. From two students in 1995, today there are 71 students in the programme – an 89% increase since 2019 – and all this is due to the growing support from industry.

Keystone Trust alumni are proof of the scholarships success as they are now future leaders in the industry.

The programme not only works for the students, but also by uniting the New Zealand property and construction sector with the common goal of seeing these young leaders succeed. Keystone Trust has developed a platform for industry and community success.
