When Kevin Dang and his team at Evermark Holdings approached us and shared their plans for a residential development in the heart of Glenfield, we were excited! The development in Glenfield would offer desirable apartments, but at a more affordable price than those found in Takapuna, the more common North Shore suburb for apartment living. It was Vincent Capital’s pleasure to support our client in stage one of their development, creating 20 unique units complete with car parking.

Despite being affected by several Covid lockdowns, our client worked closely with the project manager, the engineers, the quantity surveyor and the main contractor – ZYJ Group, to complete the project on schedule.
